Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also log in to your CITTANEO account and use the “Find Your Order” tool to view shipment updates and order details.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find damage, missing parts, defects, or an incorrect item, contact CITTANEO customer service within 48 hours and provide clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. CITTANEO will help arrange a repair, replacement, or claim review.

CITTANEO accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery. For returns caused by product quality issues, the return shipping cost will be covered by CITTANEO. For returns not related to quality issues, such as personal preference, incorrect size selection, or no longer needing the item, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
