This vanity is solid and is delivered fully assembled. You just need to purchase a single hole faucet and a p trap. This vanity is so beautifully designed. Wood details on the exterior are impressive and the sink basin is solid ceramic. It also comes with two cute organizers to use inside the drawer. We did hire our trusted handyman to make sure the wall mount was secure.
